How to Make a Kandi Cuff – Video

Are you getting ready for your next concert or festival? Make sure you have lots of kandi to trade!

If you’re unfamiliar with the term, “kandi” are stretchy bracelets made with plastic “pony beads” that ravers make and trade with one another at electronic dance music concerts. They often say the names of artists, have EDM lyrics, or have some sort of pixel art on them. Many ravers just make dozens of single strand kandi, which are very easy to make. Other ravers get extremely into their kandi, creating “cuffs” made of several rows of beads all tied together into one piece. Single row bracelets are nice and all, but have you ever wondered how to make one of these cool cuffs? Watch EDM Party’s tutorial below, and get started!

I hope that that tutorial was useful! Hopefully you can all make some nice cuffs for your next concerts. 🙂

Also, If you follow the link below, you can see a photo slideshow of all of the kandi in my personal collection. (Also, look for the girl wearing these kandi at Electric Daisy Carnival New York, if you’ll be there!)
